When you purchase, you will be receiving our high-quality kimchi and pickled products which are handmade in the traditional fashion using a family recipe that is handed down through generations and perfected.
Our kimchi, with its distinct and refreshing taste, is our family’s cherished recipe passed down from mother-in-law to daughter-in-law through years of guidance and painstaking practice.
Our kimchi is raw and not heat-treated to maintain the active live culture (lactobacillus) that is naturally produced when the kimchi is fermented in the proper way. As with raw kimchi, the fermentation continues and becomes more active at room temperature.
A Note of Caution When Opening: Please be cautious when opening the jar (best to do it over the sink!) as it may be pressurized due to fermentation gases. Please make sure to keep the kimchi in the refrigerator at between 0 to 4 degrees Celsius so your kimchi will not age too fast.
Our pickles are prepared with the same painstaking care and consistent quality to provide the unique flavors inherent in each of the pickle mixtures. As with the kimchi, our pickles are made only with natural ingredients with no chemical additives or artificial coloring. 100% natural goodness is what you benefit from each bite.
